Neville has found TTD to be the perfect environment to thrive in. With a love for helping people and working in a high-pressure environment, TTD couldn’t be a better fit. He loves being surrounded by coworkers who have a passion for their careers and want to make the world a better place. He has always felt the need to help, and being a part of a team whose focus is to make people’s lives better is incredibly fulfilling. He has a reputation for compassion and understanding, which only makes him a stronger fit for TTD.
Born in San Ignacio Cayo, Belize, Neville earned an Associate’s degree in Biochemistry. Before joining the team at TTD, he worked for Chaa Creek Lodge Resort, Community Tax LLC, and SaveOnResorts. He was awarded an award for his Service Excellence. In his spare time, he coaches for high school and college volleyball teams.
Neville’s mother and father are an inspiration to him. They instilled in him a drive to work hard, give back, and help through his mother’s expression, “Nothing comes easy, you have to work hard in life.” They raised five children and opened their home to eight foster children. They have the biggest hearts he’s ever seen and does his best to emulate their generosity and compassion every day.
When he’s not staying busy at TTD, Neville enjoys traveling and adventuring. One of the most spectacular places he’s visited is the Nikko National Park in Japan. He’s not afraid of a little adventure and once swam with sharks and stingrays, where sharks took food directly from his hand. He earned his black belt in Aikido in Japan. He’d love to get away for a weekend to see the Northern Lights, but he’ll have to plan a longer trip for that.
