I talked to two dozen firms that claimed to be able to lower the amount of taxes I owed by up to 90% and have the tax lien removed from my house. The Tax Defenders were the only firm that didn’t try to sell me anything and didn’t ask for money up front. After reviewing my case they were honest enough to tell me that there wasn’t anything that could be done.
