I recently had a problem with the IRS and contacted The Tax Defenders for advice. I was pleasantly surprised with the initial phone call. A patient person with obvious knowledge of the IRS took the time to listen to my story, and then gave me some helpful advice about how to proceed. Surprisingly he did not encourage me to proceed with hiring the firm at this time, but they are going to be my pick if needed. I would recommend them to others for sure.
