The representative, George was both knowledgeable and professional. In just a few short questions, he determined that there was no way that a tax firm could help me with my situation. Then he went further and explained some alternative courses of action. Because he didn’t take advantage of my situation (which he could have) to obtain a fee, I am convinced that he and The Tax Defenders firm are honest and trustworthy tax advocates.
